eNewsletter Subscription Help Page

Prestwick uses an opt-in/opt-out, reinforced confirmation, self-managed eNewsletter subscription service.
 
NOTE: Because most Internet service providers incorporate sophisticated spam filters, sending us an email and requesting that we change your email address simply won't work. Changes must be inititated from "your side" of these spam filters.
 
That means:
  1. You have to subscribe by completing the eNewsletter Sign up Form. (Required information is marked. We encourage you to select the HTML format. That means you can view embedded graphics, pictures, and formatted text in each eMail message.)
  2. You must add our domain name and newsletter email address to your safe sender list (www.sallen@prestwickcountryclub.net and PrestwickCC@indy.rr.com).
  3. You will receive a "Confirmation" message in the eMail account you specified/registered. You must follow the instructions in that message to complete your subscription sign up.
  4. You can opt-out of eMail's received from Prestwick by following the instructions at the bottom of the message.
  5. You can also change your eMail address and/or eNewsletter preferences (HTML or Plain Text) at anytime.
  • To change either you need to complete the eNewsletter Sign up Form just like you were signing up for the first time.
  • Use the same first and last name you used during your initial sign up.
  • Change your eMail address and/or your eMail preference and click "Subscribe." Follow the instructions in the "Confirmation" message that is sent to the eMail address you entered and our database will be automatically updated. 
Be assured, Prestwick does not sell, lease, or permit other companies or organizations to use our eMail list.
